While the name Meridian Title, LLC may be new to North Louisiana, our founder Adrienne Remedies is anything but. With over 30 years of experience in the title industry and a passion for service, she has established our agency as a labor of love. As she would say, "Real estate is in my blood. I can't escape it." It is her desire, and the desire of all of us at Meridian Title, that our knowledge and passion for service be exemplified with every transaction.

Heather Dudley
Escrow Officer
Heather brings over 25 years of real estate, business development, and business management experience to our Escrow Team. Heather has also worked in the mortgage industry and is a licensed Notary. Look for her at the closing table!

W. LAKE HEARNE
Mr. Hearne has over 40 years of experience with all aspects of real estate law, including title examination, title opinions, residential leases, surface leases, oil and gas leases, buy-sell agreements, easements, servitudes, building restrictions, protective covenants, partitions, mortgages, foreclosures, evictions, and all other real estate transactions. Mr. Hearne also has extensive experience with probate, successions, estates, wills, heirship, corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Mr. Hearne received his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review.
